1.1 Data Provided Directly by Users
When creating an account or placing an order, we may collect:

– Content submitted in orders (messages, instructions, media)
– Communication exchanges with support
For Talents and Creators, we may also collect:
– Date of birth
– Business or professional information (if applicable)
– Bank account details for payouts

– Identity verification documents (via Stripe Connect or other providers)
1.2 Payment Data
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.
My-Oga does
not store full credit card numbers. Payment details are collected and processed directly by the payment provider in accordance with their own privacy policies and security standards (PCI-DSS compliance).
For recurring payments (subscriptions), card data is securely stored by the payment provider and not by My-Oga.
1.3 Automatically Collected Data
When accessing the Platform, we may automatically collect:
– IP address
– Device type and operating system
– Browser type
– Log data and timestamps
– Usage behavior (pages visited, actions performed)
This data helps improve security, detect fraud, and enhance user experience.
Section 2 – Purposes of Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
– Account creation and management
– Processing orders and delivering personalized experiences
– Managing donations and subscriptions
– Calculating commissions and earnings
– Managing payouts to Talents and Creators
– Identity verification (KYC) where required
– Fraud prevention and security monitoring
– Compliance with legal and tax obligations
– Customer support and dispute resolution
– Service improvement and analytics
Section 3 – Marketplace, Earnings and Payouts
3.1 Fund Collection
In the Marketplace model, clients pay My-Oga via integrated payment providers.
Funds are first processed by the payment provider and reflected in My-Oga’s Stripe balance before being allocated to the relevant Talent or Creator account.
3.2 Earnings Allocation
Stripe Connect may create connected accounts for Talents and Creators. Each transaction may specify:
– The total amount paid by the Client
– The My-Oga commission
– The net earnings allocated to the Talent or Creator
Stripe maintains internal records of these allocations.
3.3 KYC and Identity Verification
Talents and Creators must complete identity verification (KYC) before receiving payouts.
KYC is conducted by Stripe or another authorized payment provider. My-Oga does not independently verify identity documents unless legally required.
If identity verification cannot be completed, payouts may be suspended and funds may remain restricted in accordance with payment provider policies and applicable law.
3.4 Holding Period and Minimum Threshold
My-Oga may apply a minimum withdrawal threshold and a holding period for security, fraud prevention, or dispute management purposes.
Funds remain within the payment provider ecosystem until a payout is initiated and approved.
Section 4 – Legal Basis for Processing
Data processing is based on:
– Performance of a contract (Terms of Use)
– Compliance with legal obligations (tax, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention)
– Legitimate interest (platform security, fraud detection, service improvement)
– User consent (marketing communications, optional cookies)
Section 5 – Data Sharing
Personal data may be shared with:
– Payment providers (Stripe, Wise, PayPal)
– Identity verification services
– Cloud hosting providers
– Technical service providers (analytics, infrastructure)
– Legal authorities when required by law
My-Oga does not sell personal data to third parties.
Section 6 – International Data Transfers
As an online platform, data may be processed outside the user’s country of residence, including in jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
